14-Day Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In its original condition and packaging

If you would like to return an eligible item, please contact us at hello@kidscraftybits.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the item is defective or we have sent you the incorrect item.

Personalised Items

Due to the personalised nature of these products, personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or have been made incorrectly.

Please carefully check all personalisation details, including names, spelling and other information, before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for errors in personalisation provided by the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kidscraftybits.com.

Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the item so that we can investigate the issue and arrange a suitable replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your payment provider to process the refund.
